Clementine tree comes from graft between mandarin and orange tree (C. Reticula x C. Aurantium).
Clementine differs from classic mandarin mostly for lack of seeds, it shows more rounded and with a more orange flesh color. Easily digestible, it is the less rich in acid than other citrus and so more suitable for sensitive stomachs. It contains many substances like iron, potassium, magnesium and folic acid, which give benefit to the body.
